A 14-days trip discovering Patagonia natural beauties: white and pink granite peaks, extensive meadows, enchanting and diverse forest, majestic glaciers and turquoise pristine glacial lakes. A spectacular well-preserved natural beauty, within two national parks: Torres del Paine National Park in Chile, and Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina, ideal unique places worth discovering on foot, the ideal adventure with breathtaking views for hiking lovers.
Free time to visit and enjoy the capital city of Santiago de Chile.
We fly from Santiago de Chile to Punta Arenas and then reach Puerto Natales by private transfer. Guided excursion in the area of Puerto Natales, boat trip around the beautiful fjord Ultima Speranza, free time to explore Puerto Natales.
Private transfer to Torres del Paine National Park and Laguna Amarga. After enrolling at the park authority office, we drive to Hotel Las Torres, from where we start our adventure on foot following panoramic mountain paths to Refugio El Chileno.
Early morning hike to the mountains symbol of the park, the famous Torres del Paine, to admire the beautiful granite rock. We continue hiking along Lake Nordenskjold, with extensive and unique views onto the Paine massif, following the foothills of Mt Almirante Nieto and the famous Los Cuernos peaks.
We walk to Valle del Francés, a valley encircled by enchanting mountains, with the possibility to take a closer look at the extraordinary glacier of Mt Paine and its waterfalls, source of the mountain stream Francés. Our excursion continues towards Refugio Paine Grande, from where we enjoy the marvellous turquoise Lake Pehoé.
We walk to Refugio Grey, past panoramic viewpoints from where we can admire and observe Glaciar Grey, following mountain paths across enchanting magic forest.
Free time to enjoy Glaciar Grey before taking the boat to Hotel Grey. From here we continue by private transfer to the mysterious Cueva del Milodón, a natural monument formed by three caves and a rock conglomerate called Silla del Diablo (the devil’s throne), and finally continue to Puerto Natales.
Transfer to El Calafate. Time to enjoy some free time in El Calafate.
Excursion to the famous and extraordinary Perito Moreno Glacier, on Lake Argentino, with plenty of opportunities to take pictures of this unique stunning glacier.
Transfer to El Chaltén, entrance to the National Park of Los Glaciares Nord, one of the most popular and beautiful trekking destinations in Patagonia, stopping off en-route for a guided visit of the Cueva del Gualicho.
We hike to Fitz Roy and the Laguna de los Tres, the iconic symbols of the Fitz Roy park, past Laguna Capri and complete the loop back to El Chaltén on a different hiking route.
Our hiking route brings us to Laguna Torre and Cerro Torre, following mountain paths in a valley through woods and along Fitz Roy mountain streams, to admire the beautiful peculiarities of the park.
We fly from El Calafate to Buenos Aires. Free time to visit the enchanting, lively and colourful capital city of Argentina.
